Think, Speak, Act like an Executive

Practical lessons about life and work you wish someone had taught you sooner

Also known as Think. Speak. Act.™, this program delivers the same frameworks taught to McKinsey consultants, media-trained executives and global business leaders. It changes how you think, communicate and show up in the room.

This program was built for people who are done waiting to be taught.

Students

Grades are only part of what opens a great opportunity. You also need to explain your thinking clearly and stay steady under pressure. Think, speak and act like an executive builds exactly those skills, the ones universities and employers look for but few schools ever teach.

Professionals

You already have the experience and the ideas. The harder part is getting them across to the people who decide. Think, speak and act like an executive sharpens your thinking under pressure and gives you the confidence to be heard, and trusted with more.

Organizations

Technical skill does not automatically prepare a team for pressure. People still need to think clearly, say the point and lead without hedging. Think, speak and act like an executive gives your team a shared language for structured thinking, sharper communication and steadier leadership.

Three phases built around skills you can use the next day.

The exercises use practical situations rather than abstract drills. You organize messy information, prepare a clear message and practice responding when the pressure rises.

01

Think clearly

About 1 hr 45 min total25 min video + 1 hr 20 min exercises

Most people were never taught how to organize their thoughts before they open their mouth. Phase 1 gives you the frameworks to fix that.

  • Rule of three
  • Bolded Summary Phrase (BSP)

Wen-Szu Lin coined the term Bolded Summary Phrase (BSP) for a technique that uses short, bold lead-ins to make writing easier to scan and understand.

Exercises

Six hands-on exercises. You sort a messy update, build structure against a clock and explain a complicated idea to someone with little time.

AI integration

In this phase you will use AI as a thinking partner. You will stress-test your logic, identify gaps in your reasoning, and compress your ideas before you communicate them.

02

Speak concisely

About 1 hr 55 min total35 min video + 1 hr 20 min exercises

Clarity in your head means nothing if you cannot land it with others. Phase 2 teaches you how to structure, sequence and deliver your thinking so it moves people.

Exercises

Six exercises. You apply the Pyramid Principle, build a persuasive narrative from a blank page and deliver it when a vague answer will not work.

AI integration

In this phase you will use AI to sharpen and compress your writing, then test the wording before you send it.

03

Act confidently

About 2 hr 20 min total1 hr video + 1 hr 20 min exercises

Executive presence is a set of behaviors you can learn. Phase 3 teaches you how to read a room, hold your ground and keep your voice steady.

Exercises

Four exercises. You argue the other side of a conflict, practice body language and silence, then deliver difficult news clearly.

AI integration

In this phase you will use AI to rehearse difficult conversations and practice how to read the room, respond and adjust before doing it live.

Total program time: about 7 hours, including roughly 2.5 hours of video and 4.5 hours of exercises. Actual time varies by person, typically landing between 6 and 9 hours.

Two ways to bring this to your team.

Students and individual professionals join the self-paced program directly. Organizations have a choice in how their team experiences it.

Cohort-based learning

A facilitated three-week experience for teams learning together. Participants share a dedicated group chat, stay engaged between lessons and join one live check-in per phase to connect the material to real work.

Self-led program

Best for scaling across the organization once a pilot has proven it out. Each person moves through the same videos, exercises and feedback at their own pace, with no facilitation required.

A few things people ask before joining.

Who designed this program?

Wen-Szu Lin, our founder, spent 12 years as a Senior Director at Uber leading teams across Asia, and built this program from the material in his book, Deliver. Read more about his story on the About page.

Does this program teach AI?

Yes. AI is treated as a tool to sharpen thinking, not a shortcut around it. In select exercises you work through the problem on your own first, then use AI to compare approaches, pressure test your thinking, or go further. A few exercises are built specifically around learning to use AI well.

Is there a certificate or credential at the end?

Yes. Once you complete the program, you receive a certificate of completion along with a short report on your growth across Think clearly, Speak concisely, and Act confidently.

What if someone misses a live cohort session?

Live sessions are recorded and shared with the cohort, so missing one does not mean missing the content. You are still encouraged to bring questions to the group chat so you stay connected to the discussion.

Hear it from the people who went through it.
